SIGA Fentrim 230 Grey 15/85 has a slight perm rating, making it breathable so as to prevent condensation buildup, rot and mold.

Excellent Product Ideal Tape for window and door flanges
Tape works excellent on windows with applied nail flanges. The tape rides up on the window sealing the window flange to window connection.
