SIGA Fentrim 430 Grey – 4″ tape has a slight perm rating, making it breathable so as to prevent condensation buildup, rot and mold.
The gray, single-sided, high-performance acrylic adhesive tape is the optimal solution for permanent windtight and driving-rain proof sealing of window and door frames in solid construction on the outside*. The tape can also be used to seal the Base Joint between slab and sheathing without the use of a primer. Is has a felt-like texture, making application easy on the hands; this feature also aids in creating a seamless air and water barrier when applied to itself or WRB’s like Majvest.

This tape is a dream. I used it to seal our zip sheathing to our foundation. It was easy to put on, easy to tweak, and sticks like blazes once you pressure seal it. SO MUCH faster and easier than applying liquid flash! Kinda wish I had another foundation to use it on now that I’ve got the knack of it.
